Time To Clean offers 5 free standard residential cleanings for breast cancer warriors and survivors throughout the month of October.
Time To Clean has also partnered with Cleaning For A Reason to continue providing free cleanings for all cancer patients throughout the year
Time To Clean has also partnered with Mission STL to provide discounted cleanings for Seniors.
Deep cleanings consist of heavy dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning inside and outside of appliances, cleaning inside and outside of cabinets, Bathrooms, kitchen and any open areas of the home, counter tops, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, window sills, vent covers, and any dust that is on walls and in corners.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning if needed, dusting surfaces, pulling trash, scrubbing and disinfecting laboratories, interior windows, and polishing woodwork.
( 3- 5 days a week for permanent cleanings)

At Time To Clean, we recognize the importance of communication, especially when it comes to important valuables in your home and any specific cleaning you may have. Our house cleaners value your trust and do everything possible to earn it by performing reliable, affordable, top-notch cleaning services designed to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
You must make your payment for your consultation through the website. After your consultation an invoice with the scope of work will be sent to your email which must be signed only if you accept the estimate. From that same invoice is how you will pay your remaining balance after you’ve checked over our work.
No estimates or quotes are given over the phone.
Must schedule a consultation for all cleaning
We will only clean whatever you stated or point out during your consultation. Everything will be documented on our cleaning checklist form which will be the scope of work.
Time To Clean can turn down cleanings if we fill that the environment is unsafe or has mold and your deposit will be refunded. Also if we notice anything unusual while cleaning we will not clean that area and we will not charge you for that portion of the cleaning.
Consultations are $35 which is also part of your deposit if you accept the estimate and are nonrefundable.
Estimates will be sent to the email you provided when you set up your consultation.
All cleaning appointments and consultations must be made at least one week in advance.
Your deposit will be refunded if for any reason time to clean has to cancel and can’t reschedule.
We do not accept advance payments (payments in full before cleaning).
All one time cleaning payments are due the same day.
Remaining balance for one time cleanings can be made through your invoice.
Invoices will be sent to the email provided.
Break down of scope of cleaning will be in your invoice.
Theres a $10 late fee if you’re over 10 mins late for your consultation or your cleaning.
For permanent commercial cleanings invoices are sent out on the 1st of every month and are due by the 5th. If the 5th falls on a weekend then payment is due that Friday.
For all cleanings if you’d like something extra cleaned there will be a surcharge. The charge will be added to your invoice.
If one time cleaning payments can not be made on the same day we give you 24 hours to pay or there will be a $40 late payment fee added to your total. For permanent cleanings we give you 48 hours to pay or there will also be a $40 late fee added to you total.
Please let us know if someone will meet us at the location, if a key or key code will be left for us, or if we have to disarm any alarms.
For recurring cleanings a contract with the scope of cleaning will be sent to the email that was provided and has to be signed.
For recurring or permanent cleanings payments are to be made through ACH or a credit card can be placed on file for automated payments.
For permanent commercial cleanings please give Time To Clean a 30 day notice if you no longer need our services. For one time residential cleanings please give a 72 hour notice. For permanent residential cleanings please give us a one week notice, and for one time commercial cleanings please give us a one week notice.
If your commercial cleanings falls on a holiday cleaning will be provided the day after or the following week if the holiday falls on a Friday if a holiday falls on the weekend we give our employees that Monday off.
Before and after photos will be taken for proof of work and promotion purposes.
If there is bad weather and our employees will not be able to make it then it will be rescheduled for the next day or the following week if this occurs on a Friday.
